Kurt Marrott is a versatile and professional artist. His passion is designing layouts/environments in the animation industry.
He has been working at Flying Bark Productions as a Layout/Environmental artist since 2019. He has collaborated in shows such as LEGO Monkie Kid, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the Movie, Marvel Studio's What IF...?, and the five Children's and Family Emmy Award-winning show, Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration in 2018. As a student, he collaborated with a network of professional post-production and marketing teams to create original content for the national BYU TV network, especially with the Emmy-nominated sketch comedy show, Studio C.
He is passionate about collaborating with others and furthering his knowledge in illustration and animation. In his spare time, Kurt enjoys traveling around the world, and visiting friends and family. He also likes going to the movies, cooking delicious recipes, and solving a good puzzle. He finds inspiration while outdoors by walking or running to an audiobook or podcast, gardening, kayaking, or sometimes plein air painting. However, he loves spending most of his time with his darling wife.
